Delivery & Return
At Nairobi Smart Gadgets, we understand that returns can sometimes be necessary, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines for returns and warranties:

Exchange or Return of Goods
If you need to return a product purchased through Nairobi Smart Gadgets within the 7-day evaluation period:
- Completing the payment process indicates your satisfaction with the product's color, shape, appearance, and all outlined functions.
- The product must not be misused and should be clean and in good condition.
- Returns for products purchased as gifts will not be accepted if the recipient is not satisfied.
Warranty Policy
If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, we are here to help:
- Provide a clear copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice, showing the seller's name, product details, and purchase date.
- Payment details (e.g., Mpesa transaction code) may be required.
- Unless specified otherwise, all products include a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase by the original buyer. This covers manufacturing, materials, and workmanship defects when the product is used under normal conditions.
Return Instructions
You may return any item purchased from Nairobi Smart Gadgets within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Exchanges are available for the same model (subject to availability), or you may receive a refund for the product price (excluding taxes).
- Rider and shuttle delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return Authorization: Contact us at 0743415348 for approval before initiating any return. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender.
- Ensure the product is securely packed with all original contents. Using the original packaging and receipt is strongly recommended.
